With more than 16 years of experience in setting up, developing and managing executive, administrative, information technology, human resources, support and procurement, warehousing and managing contractors in single and multi-branch organizations, I gained important experience in designing and improving organizational processes, and also in developing and implementing innovative solutions to solve complex challenges, relying on continuous learning of technologies, new software and the best managerial and executive practices. During these years, I have been responsible for planning, organizing and supervising executive, administrative and support affairs, cost control, resource management and coordination between different units of the organization. I have experience in designing and establishing purchasing processes, warehouse, property control, contracts, support services and administrative systems with the aim of increasing productivity, reducing costs and preventing wastage of resources. Among my executive records, in the information technology department, I also have a history of designing, implementing and maintaining network infrastructures, servers, communication between branches, VoIP, CCTV, call centers and radio and cable communication equipment, as well as managing projects for the purchase, equipping, reconstruction and development of buildings, fleets, workshops, warehouses and organizational infrastructures with a planning approach to reduce costs and resources, control and continuous improvement, my ability to combine managerial, executive and technical knowledge, simultaneous guidance Multi-departmental projects, managing teams and creating effective coordination between different units of the organization have always been in line with individual and team development, improving work processes, increasing job satisfaction and realizing the goals of the organization. My goal is to create regular structures, efficient processes and stable infrastructures to achieve our goals with the organization with maximum productivity, lowest cost and highest quality.
